VocaShot Terms of Service

By using VocaShot you agree to these terms. VocaShot is operated by Decennium Platforms Limited.

You are responsible for your account and the content you capture and share. Don’t upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community safety rules.

VocaShot is free to use. Optional purchases (physical products, an optional web subscription, and earned in-app currency “Flashes”) may be offered. Flashes are earned in-app, have no monetary value, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Features may change over time.

You keep ownership of your captures. By sharing publicly you grant other users the in-app rights needed to view and “fork” shared cards, and you grant us a license to host and display that content within the service.

Physical goods and web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms. Refunds for physical goods follow our support policy; contact simon@decennium.app.
