Delete your VocaShot account

You can permanently delete your VocaShot account and its data in either way:

• In the app: open the Me tab → Settings (⚙) → Delete account, then confirm.
• By email: send a request from your registered email address to simon@decennium.app with the subject “Delete my VocaShot account”. We verify ownership and process it.

Your account profile (name, email, photo), all captured cards and photos, voice recordings, learning history (reviews, streaks, levels), and your in-app currency (Flashes). This removal is permanent.

We may retain limited records required by law or for fraud prevention — e.g. payment/transaction records for any physical-goods or subscription purchases — for the period required by applicable law. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our standard rotation thereafter.

You can delete individual captured cards at any time inside the app (open a card → delete). To request deletion of specific data without closing your account, email simon@decennium.app.
